The Montgomery Reset

The Cold Problem And The Hot Solution

But we’re also taught that at any time anyone in any way inflicts or seeks to inflict violence upon us, we are within our religious [and Constitutional] rights to retaliate in self-defense to the maximum degree of our ability. We never initiate any violence upon anyone – but if anyone attacks us – we reserve the right to defend ourselves…

I think you’ll find Sir – that there will come a time when Black people wake up and become intellectually independent enough to think for themselves as other humans are intellectually independent enough to think for themselves. Then the Black man will think like a Black man, and he will feel for other Black people. And this new thinking and feeling will cause Black people to stick together. And then at that point – you’ll have a situation where when you attack one Black man – you are attacking all Black men. And this type of thinking also will bring an end to the brutality inflicted upon Black people by white people. And it is the only thing that we are bringing into it. No federal court, state court, or city court will bring an end to it. It is something that the Black man has to bring an end to himself…”

As of this writing, those words were uttered sixty years ago. Is it possible that the present generation now will action that philosophy into mindset? Then Force?

Before I start – to me, the folding chair symbolizes that we have been sitting down too long. We are folding up the chair – and we are now standing up in our defense. The chair will not be unfolded. It will be weaponized from now – then eternity.

We are back at Montgomery Alabama? Black People for 400 nasty years have been involved – intertwined with seats. Sitting. Chairs. Sit Here – Not There. Mississippi Freedom Democratic Party. Fannie Lou Hamer. No. Exclusion From The Table.

Rosa Parks. Montgomery. Montgomery Bus Boycott. Montgomery. Dexter Avenue Baptist Church. Montgomery. Freedom Rides. Montgomery. Transformation.

We have not accomplished finish nor closure. Nothing. Did you know that after the Montgomery Bus Boycott was resolved – there were many Black folks in that town that still never got back on the motherfucking busses? Freedom? Fed up in 1955?

Emmitt Till. Trayvon Martin. George Floyd. Martin Luther King Jr.. Hold It! Philando Castile. Eric Garner. Isaac Woodard Jr.. Medgar Evers. Tamir Rice.

We’re Here.

Before we go into “Here” – A Warning: What happened in Montgomery cannot merely be incidentalized. Now let me make this clear – I’m an Atheist. I don’t believe in spirits, gods, ghosts, crystals. I have no fear of God. None of that stuff. But I’m also a Nichiren Buddhist. Which makes me a Humanism Fundamentalist – a student of Cosmic Law and consciousness. I do think that there is a clear and specific shift in Black universal consciousness. The Montgomery riverfront situation was an eye opener (for us) to the shift. Other things are happening – Burkina Faso and Niger cutting ties to France. Black people everywhere have gotten fed up with the white stranglehold. The white abusiveness. The white lies. The white taking, taking, and more taking. The white inflicting of pain and death as entertainment. The deshackling of the slavery-mind.

That “Sermon On The Mount” stuff never worked for me. “Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.” Ahh No. The “meek” will get their asses kicked and whatever they have inherited will be taken. But! “Blessed are the peacemakers.” Blessed? Where? Every Black peacemaker I know of (like Martin Luther King Jr.) gets killed, exiled, or imprisoned by white supremacy. “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you…” What? Where? “You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth. But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also.” What the fuck do you do when you run out of cheeks? Does this still apply if they slap you on the left cheek first?

And Jesus continues in Matthew 5:44 – “But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you and pray for them that spitefully use you and persecute you.” How’s that holy shit working for us?

June 17, 2015 – Nine Freedmen were gunned down inside the Mother Emanuel A.M.E. Church located in Charleston, South Carolina. A “House Of God.” The killer was a white Dylan Roof – a normal white supremacist, him just doing what normal white people do. And he did it for the reasons that normal white people do what they do. Exhausting work. Police gave him respite and food at Burger King.

May 25, 2020 – George P. Floyd Jr.. Life was horrifically squeezed out of him by a normal white policeman in nine minutes and twenty nine seconds. Arrogance. Entitlement. Immunity. Police Exceptionalism. “I Can’t Breathe” – Last Words.

February 26, 2012 – Trayvon B. Martin. Encounters white Hispanic child murderer George Zimmerman. The murderer was acquitted. Zimmerman is now part of a long tradition of Black child murder by whites. White supremacy believes in going after Black children. Emmett Till. George Stinney. Tamir Rice. The Scottsboro Boys.

May 14, 2022 – Buffalo, New York. Ten Black people snuffed out on livestream. The killer, Payton S. Gendron took the time to write a “manifesto.” In it, he describes himself as an ethno-nationalist. A supporter of white supremacy – and committed to strong acts of political violence. And we witnessed his commitment – didn’t we? A devoted worshipper of the “Great Replacement” theory of “white genocide.” A murderous belief that is more common amongst whites than you think.

August 5, 2023 – Montgomery, Alabama. Racial Entitlement. Racial Supremacy. Defiance of authority. Presumed immunity from obeying rules. The racial script was flipped. The racial rules were amended. The Blacks decided to do something new. Flash Point. A clarion call duly expressed by a flying hat. An indignant army of defending Brothers and Sisters quickly assembled, coordinated then mobilized. A navy of one deployed across the river. Fists to the face. Feets to the ass. Chairs to the head. Those combined forces quickly vanquished the Enemy. Nice…

Allies? Certainly NOT. One of the hostile assailants fighting along with the whites was a white anti-Black Hispanic motherfucker. Whom as of this writing (as far as I know) is still not in police custody. So stuff is still looking fishy to me right now.

MOVING ALONG HERE

First – a whiff of white fresh air:

Nonviolence is not natural and cannot be protractedly maintained when dealing with bloodthirsty people. Period. And there is nothing wrong with drawing white blood when necessary. Point Blank. It is up to us to draw that painfully red line and make destruction mutually assured whenever we are unjustifiably assaulted. Didn’t the guy in the quote above say: “Our attitude towards niggers at all times must be one of hostility, contempt and derision?” That’s what he said. “Hostility at all times?” So – if that is the way it is – what should be our Black posture?

What is the appropriate posture for survival?

Notice history. Wherever and whenever white folks land – things start dying. Plants, animals, and people. I mean – just look at the Native Americans that ain’t here. Australian Aborigines – gone. At least 680 vertebrate species have been driven to extinction since the 16th Century by white people. Those folks have decimated two thirds of all wildlife since 1970. Death. And as we all (should) know – white women are still the historic masters of false allegations that conclude in death.

And you want to live next door to those folks? You sure?

You have to understand that Black people expressing any love towards the white Enemy – to them that is considered to be a criminal act. Because any expression of love or brotherhood in their direction civilly takes away the pathological excuse to kill you. But the mentality, the psychological wiring of white people as a default is to kill Black folks anyway – and make the excuse anyway – because they’re white.

And that’s that.

THE MONTGOMERY RESET

There is no protection or justice for Black people. At least in this America. The Montgomery incident helps to reinforce the old “blue eyed devil” concept. Because what it implies is viscerally real. Right? “I don’t think you’re the Devil – but you’ll do until the real one gets here” (Paul Mooney). The concept hasn’t gone away. And it won’t anytime soon. It will take centuries for the ice to melt. Believe Me.

Now you (should) know as we speak we got the supremacists in their editing labs trying to switch up the visuals. OK? Super white Fox News and Prager U type conservative propagandists and their colored mouthpieces (like Candace Owens) are overtime busy baby. Busy white-spinning some motherfucking alternative narratives. Coming up with “new facts” – and quietly modifying the old ones.

All Black people across the nation need to keep their heads on a swivel. And get or remain prepared. Understand? The sight of Black people standing their ground is deeply insulting to millions of white people. There are plenty of Peyton Gendrons walking around free. And they have weapons. And bullets. And need a reason.

It Is Time For A Reset.

Do not let this be an O.J. Simpson euphoria moment. Remember? There is a lot more here than your eyes can pick up. A collective transformation of standing. Of race-actualization. This is a wake-up to survive moment for us and our people. We can’t do that forgive, forgive shit no more. Forgiving murder and making attempts to “get along” with the unrelenting Enemy keeps a target on all of our backs.

And Mister Capone is right. In respect to Black people – the only language whites understand and respect is retributive violence and high probabilities of death. See? Kind words and forgiveness only fuel more white disrespect and abuse. I REPEAT FAMILY – “Kind words and forgiveness only fuel more white disrespect and abuse.” OK? That kind of deep disrespect is what started that brawl in the first place. They simply don’t respect non-whiteness. And they want to kill you. Because you’re A NIGGER. You’d better stop and recognize what you’re dealing with. They don’t stop. And that’s natural for whites – it’s just how their brains are wired.

You Know – just like a dog’s brain is wired a certain way, and they will display certain behaviors and habits that they cannot control. So – in the same way, it is only natural that whites are congenitally attracted to inflicting pain and death on Black people. Black suffering and deprivation is a kind of psychological tonic for white people. The more we suffer – the less we have – the more we cry – the better they feel. American history makes that obvious (as they’re trying to scrub history).

The only reason the government stopped overt public lynchings (and putting pictures of those gruesome deeds on postcards) was because it was bad for political and public relations internationally (!). Especially regarding our initial diplomatic relations with newly decolonized countries in Africa in the early 1960’s. And not because our white-run government disagreed with lynching. Understand? New forms of lynching were developed. Our President Joe Biden agrees with lynching.

If those Black people had not intervened in Montgomery – that incident for sure would have ended in death for the co-captain. Whites fight and assault (and deal) dirty – we have to respond to their shit twice as hard and twice as dirty.

We could never wholesale win against the police or the military in this country. But going down one on one or interpersonally, or between small group to small group? Our response should always be what is to be expected if a motherfucker ran up on a Hells Angel member, or the old Black Panthers, or the Fruit Of Islam. Right? Most thinking motherfuckers won’t ever do that shit, because in most cases – unrelenting destruction is assured at some level. And everybody knows that as fact. Right?

Our reputation in relation to violent whites has to be reset. They should be thinking twice before they try something. We’re the only ones that can change that dynamic.

We must use Montgomery to reset and revive our tradition of self-defense against the Enemy. I just laid out great sources to that noble history right here.

Watching the Montgomery incident allowed me a kind of catharsis. It was the same purging of anger being replaced with joy I experienced while watching a short scene in a movie trailer for Denzel Washington’s “Equalizer 3” (which I’m going to see when it’s released). He’s in a restaurant having an exchange with the bad guy. The bad guy says: “You like being in other people’s business.” Denzel retorts: “I’m trying very hard not to be – you make it very challenging for me.” The bad guy responds: “You warning me?” Denzel retorts again: “I’m preparing you.”

Then Denzel inquires regarding the bad guy’s watch: “Is that a Timex?” The bad guy angrily responds as he raises his hand: “It a Mooooah.” Simultaneously as Denzel is quick in a flash grabbing the guy’s hand – and he says – as the bad guy is groaning in severe pain: “That’s the Median Nerve that I’m compressing.” And Denzel intensifies the vise-like compression: “On a scale of one to ten” OHHH!!! “That’s a two” AHHOHHH!!! …………… “That’s a three” AOOOHAAH!!!

Watching that tightening scene was so satisfying. But Then – I was imagining a pure white racist as the deserving recipient of that kind of concentrated pain.

I hate it when Black folks say after a Brother has justifiably jammed his foot up some white guy’s ass: “I don’t condone violence.” Well – what the fuck do you condone motherfucker? I’m an American. And I condone violence intelligently applied just like any other American. When 911 went down – did President Bush say he fucking didn’t condone violence? Fuck NO!!! He said we’re gonna hunt down and kill the motherfuckers that did this. That’s what he fucking said.

That’s the proper American attitude towards unprovoked violence.

Aren’t we Americans?

The folks down in Montgomery intelligently applied violence towards the Enemy. From now on we have to to be more focused and intentional when it comes to our defensive capabilities. Setting aside that good time, and us training in areas like:

Whites understand Mutually Assured Destruction. We are the best people that can give them true understanding. Montgomery was a great “find out” classroom.

We could also focus on and increase our fitness – along with improving our diets. There are a lot of potbellies and overweights in our tribe. Unfit. Not good. When I saw a picture of Black onlookers that was immediately taken after the Buffalo New York massacre, everyone in the photo looked busted and unprepared. That’s why the shooter was able to kill and injure so many of our folks in the way that he did. He would not have tried that in a community that was fit, vigilant, and gatted up. No Way would he have tried it. He’d be a dead motherfucker before he started.

DON’T DO IT

Brothers and Sisters in Selma, Alabama. Yes! Permanently Boycott their business: “Vassar’s Mini Mart.” And try to keep others from spending money with them. BUT!!! Don’t do any damage to the store property. Why? Because we don’t know what kind of insurance is on his property. Because, let’s say, a Brother burns their shit down. By doing that we may be doing them a favor. They may be able to get a larger insurance payout than the revenues or worth of the business – thereby doing the owner(s) a tremendous favor. And playing ourselves in the process.

White folks fucking around and finding out. More whites need to find out.
