To those that are new to the Reparations conversation. Right to the point; Kamm Howard and his associates within The NAARC/N’COBRA Axis does not speak in any way for all of the Black community on the subject of Reparations. Despite the forceful affirmations of Mr. Howard regarding “Reparations United” as being a force to unify the Reparations movement, what was really happening is that “Reparations United” and the Axis were recently, part of a slick Democratic Party “voter recovery operation” to get Black voters’ help in electing Kamala Harris.
The carrot that Kamm Howard waved in our faces was for us to somehow pressure the then President [Biden] into signing a rich Executive Order to form a federal Reparations commission before he leaves office. How? “And Kamala (had she won) would have made sure that the commission would continue with its work once she assumed office?” No. Fuck That Bullshit. Did she say she would? Ahh… Probably Not. If the current President was sincere about doing ANYTHING for American Freedmen, that doing would have been accomplished within his first month in office. What Mr. Howard was asking us to do is straight up ridiculous and stupid.
There can be no good outcome if the lineage-based and race-based factions are outsetted at cross purposes as to what a Reparations outcome should be. There can be no unity in or from that connection. Kamm Howard runs around the country attempting to put the whole forty-plus millions of us into a huge trick bag with dubious calls of “unity.” OK. “A fucking ‘unity’ for what?” You’d better ask Man.
We have to be extremely careful dealing at any level with the tricky triumvirate of Dr. Ron Daniels, Kamm Howard, and Robin Rue Simmons. Let us say that by some fluke, or political lapse, either via Executive Order or legislative decree an actual commission is formed. We will have Dr. Ron Daniels operating through his strong Capitol Hill connections, and assistance from the Democratic Party itself, making absolutely sure that no lineage-based persons are seated on that commission. So what can we do with any supposed “unification” with a “Reparations United?”
So we Can have Everybody good doing Something fucked for Nothing?
We will literally be assisting Kamm Howard in locking ourselves out – through Kamm Howard locking us in. It is true that the past informs the present. And that truism rings loudly in truth here. “Reparations United” is in no way a “grassroots” organization. It is a strategic construction that smoothly and almost imperceptibly works against the grassroots reparational agenda. Understand. Its true purpose is to reorganize and realign the actual grassroots into a self-inflicting political tool. (!) Thereby and finally leveraging The NAARC/N’COBRA Axis into seizing a total control of the Reparations influence, conversation, and movement. “Reparations United” is about the Democratic Party business of politically and organizationally reducing the lineage-based argument to an invisible point of inertial immobility.
The Axis never had a “grassroots” orientation. It can’t get one either. The Axis is composed of agenda-ladened scholars, disingenuous professors, lying clergymen, incompetent attorneys, unaccomplished reparations “experts,” and well-educated Diasporan immigrants (mostly of Caribbean lineage) that are nothing more than opportunistic chiselers. We got super-delusional Freedmen-lineaged Pan African enthusiasts, trying to conjure-up new legal and legislative possibilities. Through that, attempting to develop weird quasi-constitutional strategies. These determined people, are unilaterally and arrogantly missioning themselves to somehow get the whole African Diaspora appended to Reparations claims that are due only to the uniquely injustified descendants of American Freedmen. Do You Understand?
Most Black people have never heard of these folks.
Despite the “extended hand of friendship” that Kamm Howard has offered, the actual grassroots organizations that are focused on lineage-based redress have been magisterially dismissed from constructive dialogue attempts with The Axis via onerous and asymmetrical preconditions demanded by Kamm Howard and Dr. Ron Daniels. Those hard, unilaterally demanded preconditions would be fairly unacceptable to any reasonable individual or organization. Such demands should fairly be rejected. The most recent exchanges with Kamm Howard in Twitter Spaces and Clubhouse cannot even be loosely defined as “dialogue.” Understand that those appearances are made for marketing and intelligence-gathering purposes.

Despite changes (revisions) that you might see on the NAARC website? No matter how many slippery, forked-tongued conciliations that Kamm Howard may make on Twitter Spaces and elsewhere? The Axis has not changed their position one iota regarding their vision of Reparations. (!) That’s why I look at Kamm all cross-eyed whenever he makes this call for “unity.” What Unity? He states: “We’re not gonna get anything if we don’t get that Executive Order signed!” Kamm Howard is NOT gonna stampede me into supporting a motherfucking thing unless the object and process is correct from the outset. It takes a dumb motherfucker to agree to a bunch of trick-bitch kufiheads forming a fucking commission. And you don’t know what those people are gonna be talking about once they sit at the motherfucking table.
Brother Kamm – You Got Me Fucked Up.
There are three main issues that I am in contention with The Axis when it comes to Reparations: (1) That African and Caribbean immigrants should be included in the United States Reparations for slavery and post-slavery claims via “tiers” (?); and “periods of harm” or other bullshit constructions they may come up with. This I of course disagree with. (2) That cash payments to individuals should not be part of a Reparations package (they’ve strategically backed off of amplifying that position in public arenas because of fierce lineage-based backlash – but privately, that is still their position. And not so privately – if you search the NAARC website, this stupid, grifting-assed, reparationless nonsense can still be read by anyone.).
But if cash is expended, they think that cash should first go through a dubious NAARC and N’COBRA created “National Reparations Trust Authority” or some kind of locally-based “Stakeholder Authorities” (also created by them) before these Pan African managed resources are released to the community and/or individuals. If those resources are released at all. (?) Understand that any kind of “trust” or “stakeholder” authorities created by the Axis could be provisionally-legalized skimming operations (just speculating). Those setups probably could be found to be illegal. Some won’t see that until indictments are filed and arrests are made.
And
(3) That local reparations is a kind of “reparations triage” according to “reparations expert” Kamm Howard. Now Family, if you read this illustrious blog, I’m gonna assume that you are an intelligent person. Right? OK? Let’s keep going…
So Now Family, since intelligence has been established. Right? Could we all ask ourselves an intelligent question: “What the fuck is reparations triage?” According to Kamm Howard, this “triage” is a “first step.” Ahh… “First Step” to what? “First Step” to where? Huh? Remember Folks, Kamm Howard is an “expert.” An “expert” that was directly involved with that inept Evanston “local reparations” nonsense. A “reparations” whose local payouts are not exempt from federal and state taxation – just like all other injury and deprivation settlements are? “And He’s An Expert?”
No Reparations program that has ever been done in the United States has neither a “first” nor “second” step process. It either gets done with its components set as an aggregated entirety, or it just doesn’t get done. Period. Wake up to the game being played here. Why should our reparational possibilities be done any different?
The general blueprint of how a Reparations program should be accomplished has already been established and long-practiced. New creativities in this realm such as “local reparations,” or “tiers,” or “steps” can rightly be regarded as distractive and dissipational trick bags designed to destroy this demand in the long run.
This “first step” bullshit will actually be injurious legislatively in the long run to the Federal claim once it is organized, written, and placed. See? The details of the problems regarding “local reparations” are well laid out in the article written by Dr. William A. Darity Jr. linked below. And there are other issues that need to be discussed that are far beyond the scope of this post. But to carry on any further dicussions with Kamm Howard and members of The Axis regarding some “unity?” Really? What? And they will not (and absolutely will not) shift their retrograde and unconstitutional race-based stance to our position. Family? You’re wasting your time. Respect yourself. Your time is needed for constructive purposes.

Damn – I didn’t know that the shill budget of the Democratic Party was that big. The shills came out in force at the local, state, and federal levels for Kamala. Crazy! The ones that tickled me the most were the shill loudmouths that popped up and up and up so unpredictably everywhere inside Twitter spaces. I mean, were these niggers getting paid as strongly as they came on? How Much? Their moving-target arguments were lame and disingenuous. All their claims regarding what Kamala has done for Freedmen were tenuous at best. Now we’ve heard and seen how the blue Democratic Party has perfected the fine arts of the “reach” and the “stretch.”
All the operatives in the Party are now sweating profusely after this well-deserved election loss. The Democrat Party-orchestrated immigrant apocalypse as predicted by Dr. Claud Anderson thirty years ago is happening right now. Incredible.
Let us hope that incoming President Trump can roll this shit back and repair at least some of the damage. And hopefully he can finish that “Wall” too.

REPARATIONS is both a Conservative AND Republican value. The Republican Party was originally founded for the abolition of slavery, founded for bringing American Freedmen into the benefits and protections and privileges of full American citizenship, and Reparations (!). Don’t ever allow the racists and the Black anti-Reparations imbeciles within the Party to take you off that square.
Reparations has nothing to do with “liberalism.” This is unresolved Business.
If we decide to seriously fuck with the Republican Party? Our Foundational Black American relationship to the Party should focus on ourselves getting that Party back to “Republican Originalism.” Get that powerful idea in your heads. “Pure Reparations” should be our stand. (!) That should be our Foundational platform.
That’s our rightful place inside the Republican House.
This – in order to make that relationship proper and productive for us. Never forget that the Democratic Party started as (and still is) the Party of slavery and the Ku Klux Klan. The Party of lynching and of Jim Crow. That Party now operates against us as; the Party of benign neglect, the Party of not now, and the Party of can’t do it. Right? Show where the motherfucking lie is. The Motherfucking Lie.
Let us not forget: The Party of obvious ghetto contaiment. And: The Party of merciless gentrificational displacement. Emmett Till was murdered by Democrats. George Zimmerman was released back into society and excused by Democrats. Trayvon Martin is still dead. That lynching I mentioned previously? That shit continues. Uninterrupted. Not by a rope. Not by a gun. Not by fire. But done through a superbly-engineered economic strangulation – accomplished by the negative economic stratification of Foundational Black Americans. It is now time for the great American Freedmen to change how we move politically. At this point, we cannot recidivate. We cannot afford to go back into that burning house.
“Conservatism” is in reality the general mindset of American Freedmen. That mindset was influenced and nurtured by our long practice of Black American-style Christianity on this land. That, in addition to the residual memories left within us from our original African cultures. But the warped “conservatism” that prevails operationally in this country is a kind of Christianity burnished White Nationalism. Let’s stay clear Family. White conservatism and Black conservatism are necessarily TWO different things. There will be no “Trump dancing” in my house.
Those white nationalists have unlimited access to the levers of power here. They run and shape things here. Openly and behind the scenes. And that “conservatism” as exercised by them wrongly maintains a racist denial of any kind of justice or recompense for what was forcefully extracted from our antecedents in the past.
Nor can they embrace any kind of relief to be granted for those injustices American Freedmen are experiencing now. You have an astronomical number of dumbassed “Black Conservatives” that agree with this kind of empty-pocketed thinking. Real Niggers. True Motherfuckers calling our potential Reparations “a handout” from The Enemy [whites] to us. Even though our folks experienced a motherfucking four-hundred year “takeout” – a Chattel Slavery from us to them. (!) Unbelievable.
An actual conservatism requires a solid mind of justice and fairness. An actual conservatism acknowledges in clarity and substance what is proper or improper – what is operationally right or wrong. That conservatism so correctly mends what was historically broken. That conservatism so righteously returns what was taken.
And for so-called “Black Conservatives” to say that we don’t deserve Reparations? To me it’s like they are saying that our lineage, our history, and our lives don’t matter. That our lineage, our history should justifiably be voided – with no proper correction. That our lives, efforts, and useful contributions have no worth – no consequence – no nothing. (!) That those loudly reiterated conservative passions regarding legacy, inheritance, and wealth transfer shouldn’t apply to Foundational Black Americans. That those substantial inheritance processes should only apply to whites. That it was actually cool for this country to violently extract anything and everything capitalistic, bodilistic, laborlistic, and intellectualistic from us for 400 plus years and we should not raise a goddamn peep? What? Really? And if we do – we’ve got to be some Niggers begging for a motherfucking “handout?” OK?
No “Black Conservative” will return that wealth gap closure check. Bet That.
Just like any correct-thinking white conservative – I want all of my inheritances, entitlements, and protections done plus some righteous interest if applicable. That’s Correct Dammit. So No “Black Conservatives” – we’re not gonna just “EAT” what happened to our lineage. Nobody else in this country had to completely “EAT” any racially atrocious societal and governmental shit that happened to them. So – Why should we? Much was taken – and much needs to be recompensed as thoroughly and expeditiously as possible. Treatment just like an injustified white conservative would get. So we gonna do some conservatism? Let’s do conservatism correctly.

On Pan Africanism and Reparations: Understand that (Axis-style) Pan Africanism is an anti-Freedman operation cynically working hand in hand with the Democratic Party. It was sincerely created in our unificational consciousness long ago. But it lands impositionally in the here in the now. Axis-style Pan Africanism neutralizes a productive American Freedman political consciousness. Inducing us to historically and contemporarily focus “over there” rather than “over here.” Not productive. Our most consequential business is clearly tasked within the United States. There is no other time past Reparations. None. We each have Foundational Black American politics to do and accomplish. Now. That’s why I say: “No to Pan Africanism.”
The Now? To self identify as a “Pan African” is to make a definite downgrade to your own American Freedman personhood. A formidable Black personhood which is the human standard of this world in all possible respects. That Pan African self identification by default causes you and us to identify with a warped ideology that de-prioritizes and de-centers OUR American Freedmen Family far away from OUR exceptionally consequential history. A bifurcational mindset that minimizes OUR justice issues – but wholly maximizes those of others. That unjustifiably suggests a Diasporan distribution of the withheld inheritance that should only go into the hands of the descendants of Freedmen that were enslaved in these United States.
Pan Africanism is a Democratic Party controlled deception that we cannot afford to continue to entertain. If Africans actually living on that vast African continent have rejected Pan Africanism (which they have) – what do we look like accepting what the Africans themselves haven’t accepted? We are Foundational Black Americans.
If Pan Africanism is such a great thing? Let the Africans themselves practice it first.

Quoting this from “The Gateway Pundit” (Twitter – @gatewaypundit): “A coalition of African American churches is calling for the suspension and investigation of MSNBC host Rev. Al Sharpton, alleging that donations from Kamala Harris’s campaign to Sharpton’s National Action Network have compromised the integrity of the Black Church and journalism.”
Wait a minute! Hold it! Why is Reverend Al being singled out? When you have at least 85% of Black pastors nationwide out there on the same take every day. There are a whole bunch of pastors right here in Chicago that need to be “called” in the same way as well. If we are going to do this. Exactly what Reverend Al is being singled out for is him doing exactly what Black clergymen are supposed to do.
So I don’t understand what this “coalition of African American churches” is up in arms about. They’d better be careful before the light of scrutiny is turned on them. OR – are they themselves trying to get ahead of something? The Black clergy has never failed at its Democrat Party ordered mission to be a not so obvious millstone around our collective Black necks. It is absolutely amazing to me that the majority of American Freedmen still don’t see the Black clergy as well-connected proxies for The Enemy. Ghetto overseers. The Psychic Unravelling and the Money. Every time a working member of the Democrat Party, or The NAARC/N’COBRA Axis, or the Untouchable community, some Black fucking professor, some selectively scholarized tether, or some smooth member of the Black Boule speaks on Reparations for American Freedmen; us folks have to hear this irritating injection – this well-practiced mantra: “Reparations is more than just a check.” Over and over and over from every speaker regardless of the ilk. How Many? Because every Reparations expending that I know of in America has more components in its completeness than just money. So why keep repeating this shit? My educated suspicion is that the Democratic Party propaganda apparatus – along with The NAARC/N’COBRA Axis are attempting (yes) to slowly trick Freedmen out of a cash expectation. Remember Family. The real goal of these two dastardly networks is to accomplish a “reparationless reparations.” Understand?
If Reparations are finally expended their way?
Done with all direct Reparations resources coming under the direct control of The NAARC/N’COBRA Axis. This propaganda sells the idea that an expectation of cash is somehow an “unsophisticated” way to view Reparations. OR – that the potential acceptance of cash is in someway “beneath” the issue. OR – “disrespectful” to our ancestors legacy. OR – some other no-money bullshit they’ve pulled out their asses. It is only recently that The NAARC/N’COBRA Axis does an insincere lip service to this “unsophisticated” idea of cash Reparations. This messaging change, made only because of fierce and convincing opposition from influential lineage-based groups.
Propaganda Alert: It is only lip service.
For the Boule and imbecilic Black conservatives – “more than just a check” is a bid for white acceptance. Oops! The foolish Black conservatives don’t want us to get Reparations at all. So let me ask you folks: “What spends? Money or acceptance?”
At this point, let us clear the way for clarity on two points.
Point One: When it comes to dropping money, why should the descendants of American Freedmen be the exception? Do I need to remind Family that the United States is a capitalist country founded to accomplish capitalistic objectives? And our injustified antecedents were the most important variable in that rich capitalist equation. The locked-down chattel enslaved were superior capital generators.
This IS a capitalist country Family! Don’t ever forget that shit! Every inhuman thing that happened to the enslaved and every unconstitutional thing that happened to their ghettoized descendants post-slavery was for unabashed economic reasons.
“Economic reasons?” I mean the entire slavery chain. Everybody made money:

This list ain’t everybody. The point is that many whites both inside and outside of the system made money. They got cash. There was much wealth that was inherited directly from the slavery enterprise. But wasn’t your great grandparents the ones that were enslaved? Ahh… “Enslaved” – meaning no money – no protections – no nothing. They were “Freed” with no money – no protections – no nothing. They were, and we are still, “Jim Crowed” with no money – no protections – no nothing.
That money they and we didn’t get went somewhere. Yes it did. Just like there’s a “conservation of energy” principle – surely there’s a “conservation of money” principle as well. A universal consistency persisting and transforming timelessly from beginning to end. That money is actually a concentrated form of energy.
Some of that “conservation” flow – that causality is also known as “inheritance.”
Well, you can clearly see that “didn’t get” – that effect, that misinherited wealth went forward and away to white. And it continues to compound and expand and be reinherited Right Now via financial infrastructures and skyscrapers and diamonds and networks and myriads of other valuable ways that YOU don’t own. See?
And the full reason YOU don’t own is because what would have been YOUR wonderful inheritance was injustifiably transferred through a full range of reasons continuously done; ranging from weaponized and irresistible direct forces, to all kinds of finely duplicitous asset redirections, to dirty-assed racist legalities, to all the depraved and deprivative shit that we always deal with, that ultimately, and generously, and consistently fill white pockets. And that injustified and unlimited transfer is then allowed to compound again, and again _______ And.
So, why shouldn’t YOU get money? At the very least to close the wealth gap.
“Justice” in this sense cannot be calculated as or justifiably paid in “programs” or “monuments” or “investing in underserved communities.” Bullshit. This idea is not acceptable. Nobody listed above was paid like that. Why should you be?
Point Two: Capitalism is the system that we live under. And the only reparational language you should understand and speak is cash being transferred directly from the federal government to YOU. Capital. In addition to policies that are profitably useful to YOU. In addition to protections that apply specifically to YOU. That’s It.
In this post, I’m really only speaking to Foundational Black Americans. The same folks that spend untold millions per day on lotteries and casinos. The same folks that hand over three hundred million dollars per week to churches. The same folks that voluntarily assisted Phil Knight (a Jew) in turning NIKE into a multi-billion company without pay, thanks, nor ownership. The same folks that have loudly heterosexual Black men proudly walking around in overpriced bullshit clothing that display the names of white homosexuals IN BIG LETTERS on their chests(!?).
Unconsciously doing billboard-level marketing for these top and bottom smashing sweethearts with no compensation. Those same folks are in my motherfucking family. So I know whom I’m speaking of. I will reasonably assume that many of y’all play those lottery games to get ahead in some kind of way. Correct?
How can you say “No” to cash payments when YOU broke? You need Capital to live and survive in a Capitalist country. Stupid “Programs” ain’t gonna cut it.
So I don’t understand any ambiguousness in the mind of any American Freedman when it comes to the payment of cash as Reparations. I don’t understand the why of this conversation. Is this some “self esteem” shit? You feel you ain’t good enough to accept YOUR money? What is this? I know we’re a hurt people. But goddamn!
If that money goes into some bullshit-assed Pan African-run non profit or “trust authority,” I guarantee that you will NEVER see any benefit from those resources. Conversely, you would think that the proper recipient of the insurance funds from your mother’s passing should be YOU. I would assume. No Dude, this is what I know. We need some collective, some operational “money-minded-ness” here.
Why are direct payments a problem for some of us? The proper recipient of the recompense produced from our heavily wronged legacy should always be YOU.
